What We’re Looking For:
- A cool-headed multitasker who can deliver exceptional customer care and smooth communication.

- Experience in front desk, sales, or the spa industry is preferred, but we value passion and the right attitude above all.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Coordinating between clients and therapists to curate unforgettable treatment experiences.
- Managing reservations and ensuring seamless client journeys from start to finish.
- Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand’s luxury standards.

Massage Therapists, Balinese-Style Senior Massage Therapist, Beauty Therapists
1) Full-Time Balinese-Style Massage Therapists
- East Day Spa Auckland
- East Day Spa Wellington
The right candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in Balinese-Style Massage Therapy, which will be assessed during shortlisting.
- The purpose of the role is to administer professional Balinese-Style Massage or Thai-Style massage and body treatments for relaxation, wellbeing and remedial purposes
Experience in all or some of these advanced massage skills is preferable: Balinese-Style
Thai-Style
Deep tissue
Pregnancy
Aromatherapy
Acupressure
Stone massage
Sports massage
All full-time permanent roles are offered minimum guaranteed hours of work of 30 hours. Rate of pay is between median wage and market rate.
2) Beauty Therapists or Nail Technicians or Lash Technicians or Threaders
Minimum 2 years experience in beauty therapy or nail technology or lash treatments.
Prefer experienced candidates that can perform Brazilian waxing and able to perform Shellac/gel and/or SNS.
Threaders must have over 2 years experience and have precision technique.
